Few people I’ve met can match Bodhi’s integrity.
Over the last 15+ years of our friendship, I’ve seen him transform his life in multiple ways. First, he launched his own successful fitness business, where he devoted himself to helping dozens of clients (myself included) adopt healthier practices. In all the years I’ve known him, he has always shown up early, fully prepared, and would constantly follow up with me to make sure his approach was resonating with me, generously going beyond expectation. Bodhi has also been a steadfast guide through many of the challenges I’ve faced in my life, offering unwavering support in my journey.
I owe him a tremendous debt of gratitude for his loving encouragement, and if you are seeking clarity in life, looking to realign with your truest self, or in need of spiritual and emotional support, I wholeheartedly recommend his services. His dedicated, compassionate approach can help you with many of life’s challenges, be they physical, emotional, or spiritual.

Bodhi Kenyon is my coach.
Over the last few years, I had begun to feel like I was addicted to alcohol—I was unable to shake my habit of many drinks each night, to “take the edge off” of a busy day at work. But was it working? My alcohol-until-numb strategy was paying fewer and fewer dividends. I would wake up in the morning sluggish. I had no discipline for exercise. I needed a real change, a way to see myself new.
Bodhi helped me to write an entirely new story about my life.
Bodhi has one focus: to help you see yourself accurately. He points you at yourself, so you can see with clear eyes.
As we worked together, at first it didn’t feel like I was making any changes. But I was learning how to see myself again. Little by little, I began to build a new me, someone who knew they could be their best without alcohol.
When I was really ready, in my heart, I took one day off drinking per week. Then two, then three. Some weeks I would relapse, but I was getting better at staying the course.
Now, I never need or want a drink in my life. I’m far stronger mentally. I have a clear understanding of what I want and what makes me a better version of myself. And I continue to get stronger.
The work is not easy, but it never is.
Bodhi shines a powerful light, and has been a guide for me. Perhaps he can be a guide for you.

In one moment of conversation Bodhi “heard” something I was saying and offered it back to me so that I might see it differently. What I was saying was my old story. What Bodhi helped me to do in that moment was clear out room for my new story. It’s like the old story occupying all of my emotional storage was in an instant acknowledged, embraced and transformed. And in the ensuing days love flowed in and welcomed me home. When you are with someone who truly cares and they offer you the greatest of gifts, to listen to your heart with all their heart, miracles will happen.

Many things happen in life, and sometimes it can seem that you can’t find your way out on your own. I had such a period, and my meeting with Bodhi during that time was a gift for me. At that time I was trying to rebuild my life by changing my external environment. But ultimately what we worked on was transforming my own spirit.
By going through difficult times with him, I was able to turn those difficulties into the best experiences I could. In the end, I experienced a resilient state of mind. I realized that no matter what the events of the world are, it is how my mind perceives them that is important.
I learned to accept myself and others without judgment, and even after 6 months of dialog, I still experienced some difficulties and my mental state went up and down after the sessions with Bodhi. And of course I had many kinds of emotions both positive and negative. But by being aware of some of the principles I discovered from my conversations with him, I think I am able to maintain my awareness on my own.
Every day is a practice, but I am trying to stop judging, reacting emotionally to events in the world, becoming paranoid, etc., and letting go of various attachments.
Talking with Bodhi has been a complete safe zone for me and has allowed me to face all my problems, conflicts and emotions with ease. Facing myself and my life is both difficult and requires courage. He has been a wonderful supporter, healer and partner with heart during these times.
If anyone feels that life is hard and wants to do something about it, I would recommend dialog with Bodhi Kenyon.

When I wanted to reach a new level of fitness, I sought out Bodhi Kenyon for a second time.
Our first fitness journey several years ago helped me gain critical knowledge about building muscle, nutrition, and mindset. This most recent time, though, I need something elevated—a journey that would not only help me lose fat and improve my physical fitness, but elevate me on a spiritual level.
Bodhi met me exactly where I was at with presence, patience, skill, and most importantly, heart. Over six months he helped me connect with myself in a new way, leading to both a physical and spiritual transformation.
