ABOUT ME

Baceball Player

At the age of nine, I was chosen for the league All-Star Team as a catcher. This is the first time where talent went to my head and I was under the impression that I was really cool. The uniform and hat of that team made me feel like a rock star. Unfortunately I don’t have a photo of me smirking in that uniform:)

Bodhi Kenyon

From 2014 to 2024, I served as a professional personal trainer, helping hundreds of people strengthen their bodies, health, and daily lives.

In 2023, my work began to shift beyond physical transformation. I found myself drawn into deeper conversations about fear, identity, purpose, and emotional truth. Clients were no longer coming only for fitness. They were coming to face themselves.

This marked the beginning of a new chapter in my work.

I began guiding people through deeply ingrained patterns, self-protective habits, and unconscious limits. Together, we met what had been avoided. Breakthroughs followed, not through force, but through presence and honesty.

Out of this emerged what I now call Presence-Based Coaching.

This work is for those who are willing to face what blocks love, clarity, and freedom. It is a serious commitment. Few people choose this depth of inner work, because it requires courage, humility, and persistence.

The reward is real.

It is the remembering of what you are beneath fear and conditioning. Some call this Self-Realization. Others call it Awakening, Enlightenment, or Home.

I am not affiliated with any spiritual organization or movement. My devotion is to lived truth, direct experience, and honest embodiment, expressed through many cultures, traditions, and forms.
